Wow, this month has flown by. I have taken 1662 photos this month so far! Today we got up early because Braedyn had her first swimming lesson. She initially didn’t want to go but ended up loving it and now she can’t wait until next week.
When we got home and walked in the door, Kaelyn was standing in the living room with her pants down around her ankles and blue marker all over her legs and fingers. I wish would have had my camera ready to catch the expression on her face when I walked in and saw her..it was truly priceless. That kid is so mischevious!
No sooner did I clean her up when I could hear her singing and playing her piano in her room…I crept up to her door to see what she was up to and this is what I saw…she REALLY likes her new swimsuit!
Since we’re all sick, I told the girls that I’d take them to the park after we had a nap. The three of us snuggled up in my bed for a good 3 hour snooze. As promised, we headed off to the park after our nap. This time it didn’t hail so we spent at least an hour there. We did a little exploring and we wanted to walk through Mission Creek Park but they had blocked off the bridge because I guess they are doing some tree removal…the Mountain Pine Beetle has struck again. That didn’t stop us from checking out other things though.
Kaelyn really was having a good time although you’d never know it from this killer look on her face!
These next 3 were totally Kaelyn’s idea. She picked the poses, I took the pictures. I wonder if maybe I take too many pictures of these kids?? Tough luck kids…it’s never going to stop..hehe.
There were a couple of ducks hanging around the park so we went to feed them…the only food we had was some Starbucks banana bread…good to see that the ducks are getting fed expensive food!! Braedyn actually got the male duck to take food from her hand. That made her pretty happy!
